My fee is $130 for a 50-minute psychotherapy session. Although I accept Penn Behavioral Health insurance, I am considered an "out-of-network provider" by all other insurance companies. This means that patients can submit my bills to their insurance carrier for reimbursement of a portion of my fee. Talk to your insurance company to find out the specifics of your mental health benefit.
I occasionally reduce my fee for patients who cannot afford full-cost therapy. If you are in this category, feel free to ask me about this option.
