I am a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in the Chestnut Hill neighborhood of northwest Philadelphia. I specialize in psychotherapy for adults with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief, stress, identity issues, relationship problems, and life transitions. I work with individuals, couples, or parent-infant pairs.
A component of my psychology practice is specifically geared toward working with and supporting parents. If this interests you, please check out my "especially for parents" page.
I have extensive training in a variety of psychotherapy approaches and techniques, including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, existential, gestalt, relational, and humanistic therapies. Although I tend to favor a psychodynamic approach, I like to combine what I know in a way that suits each person in order to be the most helpful. I will work with you to find a style that is comfortable for you and also effective at helping you reach your goals.
